Village Digital Monography Programmer - Indonesia
*KOMPAK Program*
KOMPAK is an Australia-Indonesia government partnership supporting the
Government of Indonesia's efforts in reducing poverty through improvements
in basic service delivery and creating opportunities for work. KOMPAK
focuses its efforts on three result areas:
1. Supporting Local Governments and Service Units to better address the
needs of basic service users;
2. Supporting the poor and vulnerable to benefit from improved village
governance; and
3. Supporting the poor and vulnerable to benefit from increased
opportunities for employment and economic development.
*The Opportunity*
The purpose of the Village Digital Monography (DMD) Programmer is to
support implementation of DMD. The VDM concept is developed by Direktorat
Penanggulangan Kemiskinan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Bappenas and KOMPAK
for a better quality of planning and budgeting at village level.
*Key Duties*
- Develop planning and budgeting module in accordance with input from
DMD Technical Team and Bappenas
- Develop monitoring and evaluation module in accordance with input from
DMD Technical Team and Bappenas
- Develop pelayanan module for social register in accordance with input
from DMD Technical Team and Bappenas
- Develop data updating in accordance with input from DMD Technical Team
and Bappenas
- Prepare system requirement documentation that will be attach to DMD
concept
- Conduct User Acceptance Test of DMD concept which cover
interoperability of Village Information System (SID) and SEPAKAT
village-based analysis in Bondowoso
- Preparing report that documented all system developments of DMD
including update of source code to Information specialist PIC at KOMPAK
- Coordinating with DMD Team in KOMPAK and Bappenas

*Key Requirements*
- A degree in information systems or other relevant fields
- At least 15 years relevant experience in system development with java,
php, and other applications
- Understanding in planning and budgeting process in village and
district in Indonesia
- Understanding of gender equality and social inclusion issues
