Netmagis repositories have been migrated to :
        https://gitlab.com/netmagis/netmagis
   and:
        https://gitlab.com/netmagis/netmagis-debian

Please, don't use github.com anymore. Report any bug/comment/pull-request through gitlab.com starting from now.
