[netmagis] 2.2.1 release is available

The Netmagis team is proud to announce that the 2.2.1 release is
available.
This is a maintenance release which fixes some bugs reported.

P.S.: due to a dependancy problem introduced in Linux Ubuntu 13.10,
the netmagis-www package is not installable on this Linux version.
