This is particularly important for the students of the world, as internet and other computer resource access will greatly expand the tools available to them to improve their chances of coming closer or reaching their educational potentials. I have just posted a message to NetGold that cites and excerpts a number of articles and reports that may be found on the internet about this very important issue.
