Implements procedures for providing support services to libraries; Assists higher level administrators in organizing training sessions, exhibits, etc. Maintains office records, prepares reports, orders supplies, etc. Operates office equipment. Responsible for contacting vendors for maintenance of office equipment; works on special projects as assigned by the Director. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to read, write and speak common English language; 1 course or 3 months experience in using Microsoft related software; 3 courses or 6 months experience in office practices and procedures; Formal education in Arithmetic that includes fractions and percentages.
