FYI this was posted on the Thin list and I thought it was important to get
out:

We patched our Windows 2000 servers this weekend for the sasser worm,
Terminal server licensing stopped working on some you'll have to
remove the following 3 values to get it connecting again to your license
server.

To fix go to:
HKLM/System/CCS/Services/TermService/Parameters

Delete the following entries:

        - Certificate
        - X509 Certificate
        - X509 Certificate ID

Once you do that, that should take care of this particular issue.
