You do not have to respond if you are indifferent.
We have received some comments that people noticed that Doug, Gloria and
John signed up for three times on Saturday instead of two.
As administrators we need to make sure the door people assigned get into
the spot so we have worker bees so everyone can play.
The door people have to check the sign up sheet prior to arriving. They
then have to punch cards and take the money. At times they do not get on
the floor for 15 to 30 minutes after the play starts.
Once games are over they must tabulate the money and then go home and post
it on the computer. This takes time.
Once a month or earlier we gather the money, confirm the correctness with
the tabulation and then do deposits.
The explanation above is the duties of the worker bees.
As of Wednesday Gloria will be gone for two months and hopefully Tim will
be back in a couple of weeks.
The administrators are Doug, Gloria, Linda, Heather, Denise and Janet (
who has spent hours promoting our sport for beginners)
Please again we love what we do to support Pickleball and do not regret
the time spent.
