Hello All!
After noticing I’d developed a significant bruise behind my knee I went to a
doctor yesterday who diagnosed me with a small tear to my right hamstring.
I then went to my massage therapist who said they’d seen a lot of pickleballers
in the last 8-10 months and couldn’t emphasize enough the importance of
stretching before and after play.
She said ideally ride a bike to the courts (well done Doug) or quick dip in the
lake before and after. (Not the first time I’ve been told to jump in the lake.)
Anyway I’m still 5-7 days away from playing so thought I’d pass this on so
others won’t join my on the disabled list.
