The webinar will present strategies to assist instructional designers and
educators with leading needs assessments to ensure alignment of project
solutions. Techniques for how to scale needs as- sessments to address
organizational constraints and time limitations will be discussed. The
panelists will share examples of how needs assessments can be scaled to
meet immediate needs in corpo- rate, K-12, higher education, and military
settings.
