Saint Joseph Prep, a Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory high school
sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston, seeks an exceptional educator
to join the Science Department as a full-time teacher. A strong background in
Chemistry - especially the teaching of AP Chemistry - is preferred. A passion
for teaching and learning is essential. The successful candidate actively
engages students with a thoughtful, creative mix of dynamic, rigorous,
hands-on, and student-centered instruction. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills are critical. The position requires knowledge of syllabi
planning and course mapping. The candidate will be expected to embrace the
core mission of the School, to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the
School, and to serve as an Academic Advisor for a small group of students.
