[ncsc-moths] More new moths

Here are some more new moths that I have had recently:

8849 Andromeda Underwing (Catocala andromedae)- first pic
10585 Rustic Quaker (Orthodes majuscula)- second pic
1398 Octagonal Casemaker Moth (Coleophora octagonella)- third pic. I imagine 
this is a pretty excellent find as I don't think there are many pics of the 
adults of this species
5169 Spotted Beet Webworm (Hymenia perspectalis)- fourth pic
