[ncsc-moths] July 19 Moths - Chatham Co.

This morning didn't produce a great variety of moths but it did produce some
quality moths.  Among those seen:

 

Southern Flannel Moth

Regal (Royal Walnut) Moth

Carolina Sphinx

Delicate Cycnia

 

My fav was a Pink Prominent (Hyparpax aurora - 8022), a bug I've wanted to
see for a while.  I also thought people might be interested to see the size
and structure differences in male versus female Southern Flannel Moth.
