Here is the message from freelists:

No, the problem is definitely on their end. The actual error, which they apparently hide from you, is:
450 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [207.210.231.194];
That means the DNS configuration for that IP address is incorrect. Digging in deeper, we find:
$ host 207.210.231.194
194.231.210.207.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mary.rwhmax.com\032.

Now what the hell is that? The PTR record ends in \032, so we can't even get to the next required step, which would be to make sure that mary.rwhmax.com exists. (It does, but no one knows how to get there given that the PTR is broken.)

Feel free to forward this onto your hosting company.

It was my ISP after all. They denied it, then Freelists came back with proof for them. DNS.
