I believe that as the list owner you are the only one seeing these.  
I've gotten messages caught by the filters that need approval, have 
yet to see a true bounce message though.

As Ed pointed out Tom moved.  He was still subscribed though.  Would 
appear that he has let that account exprire or closed it.
