All,
Unfortunately, due to low registration numbers for the 2022 NCD summer
function, the decision has been made to cancel this year's event, on July
9th 2022 at Deer Run Park in Nashville, IN.
While there is a fee for individuals to attend summer function, there is
additional money put forth by the district. Due to the low numbers we do
not believe it is fiscally responsible or in the best interest of the
district to spend these funds.
For those who did register please know the following. First, you will
receive a full refund from national headquarters in the coming days.
Second, we are sad that we will not get to see you and spend some time
getting to know you better. However we do encourage everyone to look
forward to our membership education retreat which will be held this fall.
More information to come out soon so the date can be placed on your
calendars.
We hope everyone has a great rest of their summer and look forward to
hearing about all of the amazing things you are doing for your band
programs as we get ready to return to campus later this summer.
