[NCBI_ECDL_class] Mail merge notes

Hi Folks
Here is some notes on mail merge. When reading the notes If the f6 keystroke
does not work when switching paynes, just press escape twice. then go back
into the mail merge by pressing alt+t then e and enter, and enter again on more
options.
