Hi Malik, Thank you for sharing the tip about filtering. I use it. I do believe there are even more efficient ways: 1) I am not sure why the forum of our club is not working, bu maybe it's the way http://forums.toastmastersclub.org/ 2) I believe MeetUp page is an excellent way to communicate. We can post on boards and sign up for a daily update. That way we will read all the messages in a clear and convenient way, in a chronological order, rather than reading the most recent responses through email first and then reading emails trying to figure out where the discussion started. MeetUp also tracks attendance and is a marketing tool. There are plenty of other ToastMasters clubs in there. It's great to share files as well. 3) We have personal emails of each other and instead of answering all we can answer personally. Webmaster email system does something similar but is one way only and has access only for club officers. The problem of receiving too many emails can be addressed by creating email filtering rules. I have setup a folder in my mail named Toastmasters where all such mails go. I recommend others to try setting up such filtering rules. At my work, I sometimes recieve 100+ emails and to keep on top of them, you have to use smart techniques.
