Thank you Roberta for doing this list. That is so sweet and kind of you to
do it. We love the list and I know I love the quote. I have been reading the
scriptures every night before I go to bed. Thank you and I have said prayers
for everyone on the list and for Janets friend too.
If anyone has not said the prayers yet or maybe tomorrow I would like to add
this homeless girl who into the Republican Headquarters this afternoon. I
volunteer there every Monday afternoon and there are sometimes homeless
people who come in there asking for a job or selling things or asking for
money.We have no jobs as we are all volunteers but most of us give them
money or a ride to some where they want to go. Anyway this girl came in and
wanted to use the phone and I gave her the phone and she was tearing up
because this man she called wouldn't come and pick her up. She was really
down on all men. She said they all use her and then don't do anything. I
felt so bad for her. My car was totally full of a bin full of newspapers to
recycle and my thrift shop box full of stuff and the trash bag from the
headquarters. When I close up at 5:00, I take the trash home with me as they
don't have a trash service there. She wanted to use the bathroom and I let
her and then she asked for some candy that we had in a bowl. I was going to
take all of the stuff out of my car and put it in the building and give her
a ride but she said she had her grocery cart with her and it wouldn't fit
in the car. She said she had a friend near there and she was going to go
talk to him and his wife to see if he would be willing to put his name on a
room to rent for her. She said she had no ID or money. I gave her all that I
had in my purse which was 50 dollars. She looked vaguely familiar like I
served dinner to her at the homeless shelter but I couldn't say for sure.
Anyway she's got money for some meals and I hope a room somewhere. I told
her about the homeless shelter, but she wanted to go to her friends' house.
But I felt bad for her. I want to pray for her. She was very nice and didn't
seem like a druggie person or anything. She may have been here illegally. I
didn't ask her.

Prayers for Debb Narlock - Jane's doctor's nurse - who underwent surgery for
lung cancer on Feb. 9. Pray for a good outcome and cure of the cancer.
Prayers for Evonne's upcoming cataract surgery in early March; that all goes
well and she will enjoy painting all the more after the surgery.
Prayers for Laura's neighbor's father who died of covid..may he rest in
peace and the family find comfort and strength at this terribly difficult
time.
Prayers for Laura and Bruce for the loss of PC...their porch cat. PC had
kidney failure, and they did the compassionate thing and released him from
his suffering. May they find peace and healing for this loss.
Prayers of thanks that Cheryl has recovered from Covid...and prayers for no
residual problems.
Prayers for Karen Izykowski who lost her beloved husband Bobby...God speed
Bobby. Much love and comforting hugs for you, Karen.
Prayers needed for Fred that his speech improve, and prayers for Evonne's
knees.
Prayers that Jane will be fine on the chemo pills she has begun. May she be
guided to the best medical treatment, supplements, alternative treatments,
and the cancer fighting foods she needs...and to be able to combine all of
this in the most effective way to rid her body of all cancer cells
permanently.
Prayers for Kathi's health...and thanks that her bunny Lucy is doing well.
Prayers for Kathi's daughter Kaitlin's dog, Beanie....she has been diagnosed
with Cushing's disease; pray the treatment will be effective and she will
have a good long time more with Kaitlin..who loves her so. For Kathi's
daughter Hayley's dog, Osa...who had leg surgery and may need a repeat
surgery.
Prayers needed for Brenda's bunny Frodo.
Prayers for Mike's cousin's cousin who broke his hip and has covid. Prayers
of thanks that his wife has recovered and is back at work.
Prayers for Evonne's kitty Picasso, Lane's kitty Sophie, and Susan's kitty
that their bowel problems will be resolved.
Prayers for Julia's bunny, George...that his bowel problems will be
resolved.
Prayers for Laura's turtle, Malachi..that the vet will figure out what is
causing his bowel and urinary problems, and that he will be treated and be
well..for her brother in law Rick who suffered a brain hemorrhage.... for
her little dog, Annie who has kidney and liver disease-that Laura will be
guided in her quest to help her, and the more comprehensive test will help
Laura to tweak her diet so it will benefit her more.
Prayers for Laura's husband Bruce..his heart and neurological issues.
For the loss of Laura's possum Tessa, and also for Lucy.
That perfect loving homes can be found for Laura's 2 stray cats; Gibs and
Harley.
Prayers needed for Megan; that she continue to recover from her stroke in
leaps and bounds.
Prayers for Roberta to overcome her anemia and the my bone marrow biopsy on
Wednesday won't show anything serious.
Retired Rabbit Sanctuary; God bless Kay and Kyle and all their rescued
rabbits.
Prayers needed for all of us that we will be safe and protected from the
Covid....and that all of our rabbits will be protected from RHD virus....and
that the wild rabbits will develop natural immunity to RHD.
For the end to factory farming, live transport, and using animals' fur for
clothing.
For all the animals trying to survive in the widespread snow, ice, and
freezing temperatures...may the weather break soon.
