Yes it was so awful. I remembered Carla’s name today. It is Carla Callan. I
don’t know if you remember her or not, but I found her box that she sent me the
Tee shirt and sweat shirt in and so I got to see her name.

bun. No I don’t think her name was Karla Lund but I am not sure. I mean I
wonder if she got married and her name became Lund. I will try to find out the
maiden name. She lived in California and was a member of the Pet Rabbits group.

How horrible it must have been for Karla to have let her bunny out for a short
period of time and to have it killed by a raccoon....I feel so bad for her and
the bunny.
She had a bunny named Riley? I love it.....another Riley bunny. He must have
looked cute in that T shirt design with the Viking helmet on. What type
of bunny was he?

Yes raccoons can be really mean. I didn’t know skunks were carnivorous either
until I found that dead cottontail in my shed and we put cameras out there to
see what was killing the birds and the rabbit. Janet did you know Karla. She
lives in California. Her bunny was named Riley just like Roberta’s rabbit. Darn
it I can’t remember her last name right now, but she had a darling orange tabby
colored mini Lop who looked just like my H.T. and she let him out one night in
her block fenced in back yard to run around a little bit and she stepped inside
the house for a little bit and when she came back out her bunny had been killed
by a raccoon. She used to make sweat shirts and Tee shirts for people. I have
a tee shirt and a sweat shirt that shows Riley standing in a Viking ship and it
says Riley the Viking Bun. He has a little Viking helmet on with the horns on
it. “I hab an attitude and I know how to use it” I bought it about 20 years
ago. That is when her bunny died.

I misunderstood, I didn’t know the raccoon killed him? I thought he ate the
food. I never even thought raccoons ate cats. How horrible. That’s the first
time I’ve ever heard of this in my whole life, I thought you meant he just ate
the food Evonne...

Oh Evonne, I am so sorry about the poor little kitty. That is so sad. I am
sorry the raccoon got him. That is really sad about the other guy whose mother
died. The young mans mother died and he didn’t care enough about his mother
that he should see that his moms cat should have a good home. Well the kitty
did have a good home with your neighbor, but if he is willing to abandon his
mothers cat, then he will do it again with some other poor animal. Yes I wish
she had reported him to the police too. Especially since it was so cold. Me
being a suspicious person makes me wonder why he would be crying about being
reported to the police. I wonder if he was wanted by the police for something
else and was afraid of getting caught. I watch that on these police shows. They
catch people with 5 or 6 warrants for their arrest. Or people with a suspended
license who have been driving for 9 years.

Thanks Cheryl, sadly the little cat never turned up for food last night - a
darn raccoon got it - I know it was a raccoon as they make a mess and toss
the bowls everywhere.
One of my neighbors had a cat dumped on her - and her surveillance camera
captured it and she was able to get his license plate number and find him - she
said he was so scared and begged her not to go to the police Apparently -his
mother had died and he didn't want her cat and he dumped it on this woman
because she had a bird rescue and his mother had liked her. She kept the kitty
and still has it. But she scared the heck out of him...wish she had reported
him ot he police though,.

kinds of animals in this cold weather. It is awful and they should be arrested.

Thank you Roberta and Cheryl...the little cat has not been here for the past
two nights -which worries me as he/she wont make it unless he/she has a
fullbelly. I have left food out everywhere and not a bite has been taken. I
hope and pray he hasn't frozen to death. My neighbor over the road has an open
sun room and she said she will put a blanket on the couch there in case the
little cat visits her place. Fred has been going round putting boxes every
where, he said he can't stand to think of the little cat being out in this
cold...neither can I. I would like to see people who do this put in jail,

and told him I had a home for the kitty, and he was fine -but now the woman
who said she would take the kitty has changed her mind...I haven't told Fred
about that. I just worry so much about a littlle cat being out in this bitter
cold. snow and ice...I have a cat door to y garage and i got Fred to make it
