What about acupuncture Laura? Massage does work. My close friend was a
massuessue who also did reflexology and when I had asthma knew how to drain
me. She was amazing, also she worked on areas that I had pain after a car
accident from. It works, if you can go to a good therapeutic masseuse, I
bet it would help.

I'm sorry you have been going thru so much. Isn't getting older just
hunky-dory when it comes to all the health stuff? My whole left side has
gone to heck in a handbasket; I have frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and
between the 2, it feels like someone is trying to rip my arm off half the
time....throbs all the way to my fingertips. My plantar fasciitis is back,
primarily also on the left side, my left knee both hurts and is still
partially numb from a fall that happened months ago, and most of my hip
pain is currently on that side as well. It's bizarre to me that this is all
happening on one side..... 2 months ago my doctor wanted me in PT twice a
week but I procrastinated. Now with rising Covid cases, I am not risking
it. I have had PT for my shoulder before....weeks and weeks of it and it
did absolutely no good. Now if they offered me massage therapy, I'd
probably dbl mask myself and go to something like that!
I to need to go to the dentist but am afraid to. They have one more tooth
to crown and it just takes so long. First, they whittle the tooth down to a
numb and place a temporary crown on, then weeks later I go in for the real
thing. By then, who knows how bad the delta variant will be here.

I found the rhus tox slow acting, not an instant relief like arnica can
bring. But really good after a week or so of taking it daily. So give it
some time. Really hope it helps! Sorry you're going through so much at
once.
Also the really low potencies like 6c can sometimes feel stronger acting
on physical problems than 30c! I used to use arnica 30c loads but then
found 6c was more effective sometimes for pain/aches etc.
