[nanomsg] Nanomsg/XS autobuilder cleanups

Hi,

FYI, we have cleaned up the nanomsg and libxs autobuilders:

- the libxs autobuilds have been removed entirely since development is
  dormant.
- a MacOSX system has been added as a buildslave for nanomsg.
- nanomsg builds have been switched from CMake to autotools.
