[nanomsg] 1.1.0rc1 and plan for 1.1.0….

I am planning on releasing nanomsg 1.1.0 on Tuesday — I pushed the 1.1.0rc1
out yesterday, and we’ve fixed some minor complaints (compile warnings); I
would really like to have folks test out 1.1.0rc1 if at all possible … that
said I’m not going to hold my breath, since it seems like it’s passing all
the tests I could contrive for it.
