[nama] New branch 'ecasound-bypass' uses 'cop-bypass'

As usual, more work than expected.
As usual, it happened while I really should have been
focusing on something else (in this case several different
other things!)
You will need to have the latest Ecasound from git to be
able to use this.
Not tested except to verify that the command affects the
corresponding cop-is-bypassed status.
