Annual Relative & Friends Survey
Maria Mallaband Care Group regularly checks the quality of the care being
provided within our services and as part of this we always seek to obtain
feedback from relatives & friends of our residents who reside with us.
The survey gives us vital feedback on how we are performing in all our homes up
and down the country. The results are analysed and each of our homes are asked
to share the results with residents and relatives and to develop action plans
aimed at addressing any areas that need improvement. Our Home Managers will
then communicate what has been done to our residents and relatives in a 'You
Said We Did' format.
All your answers will be treated as confidential.
If you would like to talk to us in more detail
about this service, please provide your name and contact telephone number at
the end of the survey.
