Good morning all

Hope you are keeping well!

Just wanted to update you with what is happening at Kents hill. We had number of cases of diarrhoea past 2 weeks and were hoping to open the home this week. Unfortunately we still have number of cases within the home and will not be able to open to visitors . Once we have clear 48 hours we are able to open for visitors.

During 48 hour period we are having to deep clean the whole home, following guidelines from Public Health England and local infection control team.

Once we are fully clean and clear, we can allow visitors back in to the home.

I hope you understand and thank you for your kind cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact the home if you have any queries.
