Good afternoon

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas able to spend time with you loved ones.

I know this will not shock you, but unfortunately, I have to close to home and suspend all visits immediately. We have number of positive cases amongst residents and number of cases within the staff team.

We have started this morning testing all residents and staff members and we will continue this for next couple of days. I will send out information Wednesday to resume end of life care visits and essential care visits.

I was little disappointed that some families still not adhering to visiting guidelines and infection control guideline. As we are trying very hard to maintain safety, we still need your 100% support.

Thank you again for lovely emails, cards, gifts we received thanking my staff team. We really appreciate it.
