Ready for 2020 to be done? Well, before we get away from the TV and back to
socializing again I would like to proudly plug my brother-in-laws recent
production, Selena the series. The show is currently #1 in the United States
but among Irish-Americans in New Jersey, it apparently needs a boost!
In all seriousness, it is a show worth watching because 1) it showcases
Pilar’s works in South Texas - so watch this and you get to know her a little
better, 2) it is a true, family show that works for all ages - and, yes, they
were all that nice, 3) it is a Dávila production - so in Irish terms they are
like close cousins. I would very much love a big Murray push this coming week
or over the holidays when you are looking to kill some time dreaming of the
eggnog, the nonpareils (yes, I had to google that spelling) and awkward
present opening surrounded by people we love.
