I bought a phone on Kijiji for $40.00 and put it on pay-as-you-go with Telus.
It costs $10.00 a month. My wife rarely uses it so it's ideal. As long as you
pay the minimum the minutes accumulate and you can buy a phone card to top it
up if you are using it a lot. The details are on their site.
