The backup seems to have accelerted slightly. The first 9 kilobytes took more
than half an hour, and the first 19 megabytes took more than four hours, but
I'm now up to 8 gigabytes of the total 42, and it's chugging along respectably.
Lord knows what that was all about.
The latest hitch is that the correctly and carefully typed password now won't
connect Marion's iPad to my wireless network.
