Your "webmail" I presume is a Rogers thing & you stated that you have
a 10 mb limit, therefore you should be asking Rogers "How come".
Webmail is usually a function of your isp. Under Mail "Help" it does
give some advice related to your query, but doesn't really answer
your questions. Sorry.
