Hi Paul,
And if you want this to show automatically in the view, go to Command
J (or in Finder select View>Show View Options), and select the bottom
preference, "Calculate all sizes". If you select the "All Windows"
option at the top, it may slow you down when you least expect it, but
this was perhaps what you were wanting.
