Hi unfortunately I will not be running for at least another 6 weeks. I have
been told that I can use an exercise bike though. So I am on the scrounge to
see if anyone has a bike that is not being used at the mo? We have a fairly big
people carrier so should be able to collect?
I had already said I was giving up alcohol and chocolate in lent this is now a
necessity! I think mike is considering temporarily moving out as I will be a
nightmare to live with without any exercise!!
