Hi all,

 

Just a quick note to let you all know that myself and Pat will be running
the Dublin marathon on 29th October in aid of Whistle Charity Ireland.
Whistle, run and staffed by volunteers,  work in the slums of Nairobi and
give support, education, counselling, clothes, food and love to the children
who live there.  Every penny donated goes straight to the charity who use
the money where they see the need is greatest.
