Hi Hugh, Sue and everyone,
Just a very quick note to thank you all for my loverrrrrrrrrrrrrly birthday
gifts. I'm currently wearing my nice cosy moccasins and getting ready to
listen back on the Scotland match from last night!
What a great idea about the braille markers on the bottles - and what a
wonderful performance from Hugh with the tasting notes. I thought he was
vocally like a food and drink version of David Mellor with the content of Jilly
Cooper-style descriptions!! Not sure that the combined image in my mind does
either Hugh or the others any favours!! (Smile)
Anyway, it is wonderful to have such a generous and caring bunch of friends and
your generosity has started my birthday weekend with a bang. Who said that
Friday 13th was bad luck!!
