As we all know our very own Beth Potter - honorary member of Mugdock
running and breakfast club-  is running the 10000 metres in Rio on Friday
12th August. 3 pm our time I have been informed .
We will be serving drinks and nibbles  from 1 pm here at manse road . All
welcome for a communal cheering on session .
