From time to time, someone will open a file and work on it and then try to save it only to get that the file is read only and can't be altered. I understand about (I think) the read only attributes, but this happens to files that were not set up as read only. Often happens after a file has been moved from one computer to another... I have in the past solved this problem by renaming it and saving on a floppy or some other solution, but I don't know why this happens....and I can't fully describe the different situations, because it's never happened to me personally, only my co-workers! Any thoughts? Thanks Ivan Boys & Girls Clubs of Great er San Diego ************************************************************* PLEASE READ!!!!
