You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader...a free PDF reader...on your system.
If you don't have it, you can download a free copy from here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Install and you'll be able to read PDFs.

I cannot display pdf file format on my PC
I have gone into the stem folder and looked at Regional languages, but
cannot find anything remotely useful.
Can anybody advise me where to look to install pdf format.
