Do you know what the password is? If so, use the password to open it, then
go to File Save As and use the Tools dropdown in the Save As box to remove
the password, then save it again.
If you DON'T know the password, it's gonna cost you money to recover it
legally, I'm afraid. Here's one software that does it:
