thanks Linda I was afraid of that  encryption would  be a big problem, I am
dealing with some real computer handicapped people, they are lucky if they
can turn them on.  A Password would cause problems but encryption....LOL
that would cause wild panic.

As far as I know, you can't do this with Outlook....you need to use an
encryption program...there are many and I don't know which ones are best

Network Associates offers one for free called PGP...but it's only free
if it's used for non-commercial use....since you say this is at work,
that may not be the case for you, so you will have to find some other
alternatives
