I wasn't sure what controlled it. In Word, I looked in options and it's listed under File Locations. I thought it might pertain to Office since I only use My Documents in Word or Excel. For everything else, I usually open an Explorer window. /glenda -----Original Message----- From: Linda F. This is definitely a Windows question. (I'm really confused as to what part of this question you would think pertained to Microsoft Office?) But, if you have Windows XP, just right click on you're My Documents folder and choose Properties...in there, you will see the location where it is now and a button that says "Move". If you don't have Windows XP....PLEASE take this question to another group.
