I have to agree with Dave.  I have no idea what has been tried or what has
failed to help.  And, at this point, I'm about to call this off topic
because I really don't think this problem has anything to do with Microsoft
Office.  But, Diana has failed to answer my question as to whether it is
happening just in Word when all of her multi-tasks are Word documents.  If
it involves other files that are not part of Office, then the question
really does not belong in this group.
