[mso] list domain broken?

Whats going on with the link? I even cut it back to the orginal domain ... 
says

Oops! This link appears broken.
DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found.

I just going to give the link to someone on another list as they are having 
some outlook problems and i thought better check i have the url correct and 
found that problem....
