Did you try doing what I suggested?
How are you getting them from the net? Just copying and pasting them? If
so, that's your problem...you need to right click on web pictures, then
choose Save Picture As and put them on your hard drive. Then go to Word's
Insert menu and choose Picture>From File and insert them that way...then
follow my instructions below to change the layout style
