    You could always FTP with FP (at least since it's '97 version) the 
problem was if you FTP'd a site it would toast the FrontPage extensions on 
the server. Since you are hand coding, hence not using the FP extensions, 
you'll be fine. (BTW, the FP extensions have given way to .Net)
