[mso] frequency of unique numbers in Excel

Hi MSO-ers,
I have a problem. Please help.
There are 10.000 numbers in a table: say 010203 thru 383940
I want to know the Top 50 numbers with the highest frequency.
So first of all I have to find out the frequency of each unique number.

But I do not know how.
Explanation:
