Hello Leef,

I am doing a sherlock holmes here... but I suspect that she has her mail
account details in twice. The first one may me set to leave a copy on
server and the second actually completely downloads and deletes the mail
from server.

Get her to do the following
Go to 'Tools' menu
Go to Accounts
Go to the 'Mail' Tab
If there are two entries in there..
Click on the default entry to highlight it..
click on the 'Properties' button
Click on the 'Advanced' Tab
Uncheck 'Leave a copy of messages on server' if it checked
Click ok
Now Highlight the second entry.. and if the details are the same as the
first entry, click OK to close the window and then click on the 'remove'
button.

Let me know if this solves the problem.

Regards
Shelley
