Go to Tools>Rules Wizard and you will see a button that says "Options"...choose to Export them and they will be in a file. Then put this on a disk or something and take it to the other computer and go back to the Rules Wizard and import them from the disk. Warning tho....this does give you all the rules, but you will have to reassociate them with the proper folders on the new machine.
