That's the toolbar's file name. When you open it for the first time, it will ask if you want it to open automatically in the future. If it doesn't, you can just put a shortcut to it in your Windows Startup folder. My Office is about 10 months old, but I seem to remember that it didn't load automatically. I had to find it and put it on the Desktop and set it to Autohide.
