Yeah, Beth is an ace, but I think the "Display the search results" comment could have used a little more details to clarify. Understand she doesn't mean the help dialog itself...as in hitting F1, but the actual Search Results task pane, which is displayed by using the drop down (or what you get once you actually ask for some search). Try this to see if you get the same results... * Hit Ctrl + F1 to display the Task Pane (if not already displayed) * Click the drop down from the TOP menu on the task pane, and choose Search Results (3rd item down). * Now look at the BOTTOM of that pane and you will see a small SEARCH input box. * There are two input boxes...the top one is a drop down, click it and choose Offline Help (it will probably be saying Microsoft Office Online now).
