This may be one for Dian!!! I need to create a template that will send the same info request to four separate destinations. The info would be like this: Fax to: (fax number) Company: (company name) Please provide a price for product A based on these variables: A (name) B (address) C (date of birth) etc etc The variables would all refer to the same info, and the destination info (company name and fax no) would be for the same companies on each occasion. What I need is a way to enter the variables A B C etc only once but have the info appear on each of the request sheets. I'm used to ASK and FILLIN fields but I don't know what to use to replicate the info several times in one document. Help please?
